Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • A non-refundable processing fee of ₹100 per order will be charged for all returns and exchanges.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes our quality check, with the ₹100 fee deducted from the refund amount.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Products that are damaged due to use, washed, altered, or purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
